Welcome to the Craftworld! The eldar community on here seems, while somewhat smaller than other races, a good source for knowledge and I know they've definitely helped me out with listbuilding in my local games.

I'd suggest to you what I was told when I first started if only to save you the hair pulling I experienced as a result of my own lack of forethought: troops! get to know your troops first before your aspect warriors! That and your Heavy Support. If you can master those two portions of the FOC, you'll be in much better standing than I was when I jumped into a meat grinder against Necrons and IG lol
