Hope you can help, I use the army painter system but have found the matt spray too hit or miss, I mean it's completely random if I'm going to have issues with it!

So I'm looking for an alternative that I can spray after dipping but also paint the highlights on after, can you paint over any acrylic matt varnish spray?

One I was thinking was

Like every acrylic varnish I have used, yes you can paint over it.
