Hey guys, I was getting back into 40k after a long hiatus, and when I went to replace my dry paints, I didn't recognize any of the names! I was just wondering what some of you ultramarines guys out there were doing to paint yours.
Thanks!

What paint line are you looking for? Reaper has pretty nice triad of blues for Ultramarines that has a shadow, base, and highlight color... I believe it is just called Ultramarine Triad.

Thanks, I'll give that a look, but I think I would like to use the GW paints, as those are the most easily available for me.

I think ultramarines blue is now macragge blue, but I may be completely wrong. I still have the ultramarines blue I use for my guys.

Ultramarines blue armour according to GW:
Macragge Blue basecoat (Old: Mordian Blue)
Wash with Drakenhof Nightshade (Old: Asurmen Blue)
Layer Altdorf Guard Blue (Old: Ultramarines Blue)
Layer Calgar Blue (Old: None)
Drybrush Etherium Blue (Old: None)
Glaze with Guilliman Blue (Old: None)
The gold is probably Gehenna's gold sort of but they recommend base/washes for it too

Macragge/Mordian Blue can be replaced with Reaper's Breonne Blue, and Ultramarine Highlight can replace Ultramarines/Altdorf Guard Blue.

What paints did you use before? Not everyone paints the exact same scheme. I know I don't...
