Does anyone remember what this guy is called? I have two that I'm trying to unload on ebay, but I can't exactly create an auction if I don't know what the guy is called. He was some twerpy little psycher dude (hence being on a 28mm base despite all other Inquisitor figs being on 54mm bases, even the rats and dogs and such, lawl), but I can't find rules for him anywhere in any of my old books and google hasn't helped much either.
