Yes, I know everyone is asking about these guys... but, I have a question regarding their shooting attacks and characters. The "Brotherhood of Sorcerors" rule means that the characters leadership is used to cast the power, so if I have an Iridescent Horror using Flickering Flame, does that mean ANY roll to 6 from the entire units shooting is a precision shot? That seems a bit silly, but then it is technically one shooting attack, from one model in the unit, and I believe it would be from the Character Horror...

No. While you would use his LD for the psychic test, it is not fired directly from the character itself but from any member in the unit (i.e. you can reference any model in the unit in terms of LOS and range). Thus, no precision shots. The unit is firing, not the characer.
