I bought Fallout 1 and 2 but I have 2 problems with them the colours are fethed up and I can't figure out how to install the hi-res patch, can anyone help?

I had this issue with the original Fallout ages ago. Reinstalling it should work. Alternatively it may be down to screen resolution. I think the unofficial patch fixes it, but its been years since I had that error. Read this steam forum page (^^ First thing google popped out)?

Are you using windows 7?
I think that was an issue, or maybe it was vista, I bought the fallout pack for like 3 bucks off steam but have only been able to play tactics.

Windows 7 can cause issues with older games, I have Vista and it works fine for me, but as mentioned by another poster try reinstalling it.

Bigger question, where did you buy it?
Anyone else who thinks of getting it, buy it at Gog.com because they have a completely fixed version and it's probably cheaper too. And without DRM.

I got it off steam but it was cheap, so I don't mind rebuying it on Gog.com.
