Firstly, because Kreoss just came out with a 3rd iteration, do you mean Grand Exemplar Kreoss (Kreoss2) or Intercessor Kreoss (Kreoss3, AKA Kreoss on a horse)? One of the problems with these new double epics is that our old p/e terminology has gone out the window.
Anyway, the rest of your list will need a bit of work. Firstly, if you're just starting up the game, I wouldn't recommend doubling up on too many things - there's a lot of variety in the game, and it's only rarely worth doubling up on many units. If you like the look of the models, of course, go for it, but it's just a good idea to find what you like working with.
Now Choir - very important to us, of course, but you don't need two. The usual rule of thumb I work with is one choir memeber per jack, plus a spare or two. I would suggest that just taking single 4 man choir would be enough to start off with, and change your other choir to a Vassal of Menoth (A 2pt solo, don't confuse it with the Vessel of Menoth battle engine

).
Also, personally I don't think a second unit of Cavalry is that worth it, except with Kreoss3 (as he helps them out a bit), but I'd recommend some more basic infantry to start with - Exemplar Errants (if you like the errants theme) work well, as do Zealots or Temple Flame Guard (
TFG).
For jacks, Crusaders are great as a cheap beatstick, but we have some amazing 8pt Jacks with a bit more utility. If you get the multi-part kits (there are two multi-part kits), I'd suggest magnatising them, so you can change them around when you want something different in your list.
Other ideas will have to wait until I find out which Kreoss you're using

Kreoss 2 and Kreoss 3 play quite differently, and want a few different tools in their armies.
