The wolf lord can toss the combi melta. The wolves will be charging, not shooting. Just cause you take a special CCW does not mean you have to use it. A thunder hammer covers your bases, but if you want to hit fast, use the standard attacks. If you take a thunder hammer you can drop the melta bombs, as multiple S10+D6 is more reliable than S8+2D6 against even Av14.
You can only use 1 shooting attack per turn, so master of runes is not really worth it. Tempest's wrath is situational. Most people take BRB powers, in which case the master of runes upgrade may be worth it.
A chainfist might be overkill, consider a thunder hammer or normal fist. Also, always give the WG leading grey hunters a combi weapon that reflects what the hunters carry. Give your 10 man GH squads wolf standards and maybe a mark of the wulfen.
Might want to combine the last 2 5 man squads. Consider a rhino or drop pod to clear off objectives. Could also run them as 2 squads of 5 in pods.
The deathwind missile launcher is meh, and I am not sure if a dread can take a HF, melta and TL autocannon. Decent drop in suicide unit, but not much else.
Put a multi melta on top of the crusader, maybe a second stormbolter for weapon destroyed insurance/dakka.
Skyclaws are meh at shooting, so consider leaving the melta gun at home. You could take two, to have 4 melta shots from the squad. Either double down or run them naked. A fist is okay due to the extra attacks and the wolf priest to make them less suck. Their wolf guard can toss the melta bombs. Krak grenades are sufficient short of land raiders and Av13 dreads.
Get more thunderwolves with storm shields. You could again, lose the melta bombs for upgrades elsewhere.
