As we all know, Khorne Bloodcrushers are very expensive. However, I've found a way to escape this. I know it's depending on the crowd, but do you think, generally, that I could use Warhammer Chaos Knights as Khorne Bloodcrushers? They have the armored mounts and the Daemonic horns, plus they are cheaper!

I got like 20 old school berzerkers in a bits box the other day. Maybe they're worth some real money...

As for the proxy, as long as it didn't change the base size or unit size and you give them a pistol or something, I can't imagine anyone but a GW employee would care.

Edit: And if they do, just don't play them! Consider it another "tosser test"

I'd have no problem with it, but as always it largely depends on your opponent and I can't see it flying at a tournament. You'll have a much easier time convincing people if they're fully painted and mounted on the right base (you need the larger round bases, Knights don't come with those).
