Hola all... I have pre-released my 2014 Miniatures in the UK: Scotland Tour...

Take a look at the full tour here: http://www.geeknationtours.com/index.php?pageid=31&tourid=12

I would love to hear all your comments...

While this is still the tentative tour description/itinerary if you want to secure a spot ... no cash is required at this time... you can head to the booking page (http://www.geeknationtours.com/index.php?pageid=4) and I will email you directly with the price and the completed itinerary when it is done... This way you get to hold on to a spot with no commitment

I have had a lot of interest in this tour so I think there will be a whole pack of us headed to Scotland in 2014....

Let me know what you think...

We'll find out soon enough eh.

Sounds great fun, a couple of tips for any participants: We Scots can be a welcoming and friendly people....right up until you start with the dodgy accent impressions, marveling at the fact we have TVs and functional plumbing, using words like "quaint" in reference to everything you see, or wearing Jimmie Hats, at which point...well, you've seen Trainspotting, right?

Yeah, well there's ALWAYS a Begbie nearby, bear that in mind

Oh aye, and it's pronounced eye-la, as in island, not izlay.

Seriously though, looks like a nice itinerary, wish I'd budgeted for a holiday this year now.

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?
I have a blog now, evidently. Featuring the Alternative Mordheim Model Megalist.

"Your society's broken, so who should we blame? Should we blame the rich, powerful people who caused it? No, lets blame the people with no power and no money and those immigrants who don't even have the vote. Yea, it must be their fething fault." - Iain M Banks
-----
"The language of modern British politics is meant to sound benign. But words do not mean what they seem to mean. 'Reform' actually means 'cut' or 'end'. 'Flexibility' really means 'exploit'. 'Prudence' really means 'don't invest'. And 'efficient'? That means whatever you want it to mean, usually 'cut'. All really mean 'keep wages low for the masses, taxes low for the rich, profits high for the corporations, and accept the decline in public services and amenities this will cause'." - Robin McAlpine from Common Weal

Thanks Yodhrin, We really are proud of this one... As a matter of fact we are booking hard and already have 16 spots of the max of 35 sold... Not bad for a few days out there...

As for the rest of you Dakka members... Hop on board ... You'll love it
