Cadre Known use of Human and other assorted xenos auxiliaries.

Commanders Bio: Upon questioning some of the human prisoners we obtained after the ambush on Hellion Prime, I was able to extract that the commander of the cadre is of the Tau species, but takes on any and all citizens of the so called "Tau Empire" regardless of their species or gender. This was all that the prisoners were willing to tell me, but after applying some "persuasive" interrogation technics, I was able to extract quite a bit of information on the estimmed commander.

Vral'shi was born into the fire caste on the T'au sept home world, inducted into the cadet academy at a young age he was trained along side members of his own species, part way during his training Vral'shi came into contact with a group of so called Gue'vesa (humans working for the Tau empire), as an experiment to build relation between the Tau and the Humans, Gue'vesa and Shas'saal were trained together, apparently this did not have the desired effect as dispite training and being taught together, the Tau and Humans never had to rely on each other for the safety of the other. The project was disbanded within 6 months of its founding. The time spent with the humans had a lasting effect on Vral'shi, that would effect his command style in later life. Vral'shi served with an exemplary record and was deployed to serve in repelling the ill fated Taros Campaign of 998.M41. Vral'shi served as an exultant pathfinder during the campaign lighting up many imperial commanders and bringing swift death to all that opposed him and his squad. Vral'shi's Commander was killed less than a week before the imperial forces were repelled from Taros. Vral'shi was appointed as the acting commander of the cadre, but was later placed in permanent command after his troops voiced a great protest at his reassignment. Vral'shi and his troops remained on Taros and began to train a PDF force to repell against any imperial retaliation against Taros.

Vral'shi also began inducting Humans and other xenos into his fire warrior corps, this raised some protest form the traditionalists in the cadre, but they were swiftly silenced by Vral'shi's persuasive arguments. With the Cadre's ranks swelling with new recruits. Vral'shi began forming the new recruits into small Guerilla teams, and removing all segregation between the Tau and their auxiliaries, claiming that it would build bonds between the brothers in arms.

Interesting, I like the colour scheme as well. If your commmander keeps going the way he is though, he might become a second farsight in the eyes of the Tau.

Keep writing, maybe add some difficulties or politics with the integration.

What's the cadre's camouflage for? It looks like it's for some kind of volcanic world possibly, with a layer of ash coating a red surface?
