As titled, but not necessarily for rules debates. I know that would be in You make da call. I'm thinking more along the lines of just asking about where a rule might be found or something, if you're having difficulty locating information.

There is NO SUCH THING as MORE ADVANCED in 40k!!! There are ONLY 2 LEVELS of RULES: Basic and Advanced. THE END. Stop saying "More Advanced". That is not a recognized thing in modern 40k!!!!

All rule questions go in YMDC, they just 99% of the time turn into debates (mostly after majority agree one way or another and the question was answered)
