Would a warboss be able to equip a slugga, pk and an attack squig, for 7 attacks in the charge?

Yes, although he's only get 6 attacks as the Power Klaw has the Specialist weapon rule, and cannot be combined with the pistol for +1A.

If the thought of something makes me giggle for longer than 15 seconds, I am to assume that I am not allowed to do it.

He would get 6, as a PK is a Specialist Weapon now. You can't get an extra attack with such a weapon and a pistol unless they're both specialist. This plus TL shoota, 'Eavy Armour and Cybork Body is what my Warboss uses.

Awesome that means that I can give him a twinlinked shoota, Thanks.

Yup, a shooty weapon, squig and klaw is the "standard" way to go. 5 S10AP2 melee attacks even without a charge is pretty nasty indeed!

on the forum. Obviously

I personally use a scorcha shoota and a powerklaw, with 'eavy armor, a bosspole and cybork body. It's pretty nasty, and cheap as well.

Couldn't find a model for the squig though :/

I use one of these guys (though mine are metal) on a separate base. I even asked in YMDC whether the separate base would be acceptable...I've had no complaints during games.

Excuse the base rims not being very tidy, I'll get around to it:

I rather not pay 25 dollars for a finecast set I don't really need though :/

Maybe I'll find a lone squig on Ebay one day.

look in the ork codex, it has a paragraph on the various squigs and ammo grots and so on.

basically, the codex tells you, that you dont actually need the models at all, they are just there for decorative purposes and dont need to be used if the model is getting in the way.

I converted the squig hound in the Gretchin box set. Even if you don't have one lying around, it's a cheap kit and who doesn't need an extra ten grotz now and then?

That is a tremendous warboss model. Well done.

True, but I was under the impression that the attack squig is a piece of wargear, and as such should be modeled (for convenience sake. I don't really care that much about wysiwyg, but I tend to forget things.)

@Ouze: Thank you!

I think the cave squigs were much cheaper when they were metal. Didn't realise they'd made them Finecast till I posted that link. Another suggestion for getting a squig: there's no guideline on how big an attack squig actually is. If you've got any Nobz one of their bosspoles has a little squig sat on it, so you could use that one. Or you could model it as a deranged Gretchin follower or something...the sky's the limit with Orks.

Other sources of attack squigs would be the gretchin or nobz box.

It's fairly easy to remove the squig from the runtherd's arm and have it sitting on your warboss' shoulder/bike/base.

The nobz box has a boss pole with a tiny squig on it, you could use that to replace the original boss pole or use it in addition to the first one.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

But like someone else said. This is an Ork army. And the beautiful thing about that is that anything goes. Got a spare space marine head lying around? Attack Squig Oomie 'Ead is fine.

Back in a previous Tyranid codex the fluff stated that Ripper swarms are actually modified squigs, and some Orks recognized this and took them with them. Of course, Orks also used to use Hair Squigs, hence why some older metal models have hair and beards: they're squigs that bite and stick on to scalps and chins.
