It's good, but I would run the daemonettes in squad's of 20 if you can find the points for it, they tend to get whittled down quite easilly, to the point where they might have to take instability tests and vanish. As your only scoring, I think they will be important.

Also, a personnal preference, but warp gaze feels like a waste of potential on the soulgrinders to me, with BS3, they only hit half the time, for that many points. I'd give them the large blast so they always hit something at least, and since it's ordinance, it still hurts vehicles very well.

Last thing i'd say, is run the chariot's as fast attack instead of heralds. They are much cheaper that way, and can still take aetherblades.

Psy powers on non-Tzeenchian heralds seem dicey to me. The heralds lack of LD10 makes them too unreliable (unless there's some kind of special rule I'm missing that boosts their LD on psy tests). And I don't recall any powers in Excess ticking my fancy. Please correct me if I'm wrong (because it's highly likely that I missed something neat).

I applaud your choice to mono-god, but daemonettes are super fragile. Larger squads are good. And maybe some plaguebearers wouldn't hurt. Consistent 3++ cover saves (2++ in ruins!) are wonderful, even if you don't add a herald to them for the fnp.

The power i am likimg is the one that mimics the fiends -5 init with the added bonus of denying overwatch as well

I could only take one in this case, and it costs me 5 more points if I take the herald to fit with the daemonettes. I think I'd rather have 2 for target saturation.
