Your HQ and elit sections get crazy boosts. Your troops might work

Overall you seem to just wishlist your own overpowered army, space wolves dont need these buff

Next wolf codex we get will get a huge nerfbat if they keep the trend of 6th edition. Not anything like this

Please do enlighten me, what is so overpowered here? I am not trying to "wishlist" a thing, though this could be considered that. All I want is more working options and a better internal balance.

Its "overpowered" in the sense that you reduced costs on items and models that for the most part are already costed excellently.

My only complaint is that I feel that you faild in addressing the main issue you seemed to complain about. Namely the lack of tacitical flexibility and CC orientation.

The reason the SW dex is seen as a mid range shooty army over cc is, well, because thats what the wolves do. They shoot you up and dare you to charge them. Their more inexperienced members the blood claws are the line chargers supported by terminator and twolfs.

If you wanted to re orient to CC, all that is really required is to approriately cost the grey hunter to 16- 17 ppm and the long fangs to 16-17 ppm and then drop the cost of blood claws to 14 or even 12 ppm (with a slight elevation to weapon costs to compensate)

The main reason that range is favored over cc in the SW dex on a meta basis, is simply the cost efficiency of it. I think by changing what I suggest, you will get the appropriate level of function from the dex you are wanting. Just my opinion (also cost the skyclaws to something around 16 points)

When your wife suggests roleplay as a result of your table top gaming... life just seems right

I took my wife thru the BRB for fantasy and 40k, the first thing she said was "AWESOME"... codex: Chaos Daemons Nurgle..... to all those who says God aint real....

I think you may be right, but it IS said in the fluff multiple times that they are a very aggressive army. Its just the current codex that makes it that way. I lowered frost weapon costs for example, because the internal balance favored power fists too explicitly. The Swiftclaws and skyclaws were IMO really bad units, not just unfavorable compared to the shooty ones. Grey Hunters too used to once be slightly more combat-oriented than they are now.

If this became suddenly OP, I have failed miserably. IMO I see it as decent, though have not playtested yet.

Also, how are 53 point biker sergeants or 43 point assault sergeants "costed excellently"?
