My friend is fielding gwaihir as one of his characters in a 250 pts list and I have no idea how to kill it effectively. I play elves (all of them) and goblins (but I dont have all the badass monsters) and the elf bow would be useless since you need a 6/4 to wound it, which is highly impossible. so i was thinking how would I get rid of him in a 250pts list. Perhaps some of the SBG veterans could help me out here hahah. I've only started the hobby for around 3 years and finding it hard to cope with the prices in australia hahah Thanks!

Keep the ranged elves! 6/4 is possible - 8% chance of wounding, but even if you have 6 Elves shooting at the blighter at once you have 2/3 chance of wounding it - not too bad.
