So I changed it up quite a bit
This list is more assaulty (don't get me wrong I never actually assault, I play IG lol) the ork bikers will assault though. Punishers protect the bikers as I advance forward.

You can't take 4 melta AND a LC in the CCS.
PBS is way more effective at the full 10 man unit (9 psykers and an overseer) because both their powers use model count directly.

I like it. I give it the thumbs up. Your going to have issues with turn 1 AT, but your Orks will draw a ton of fire away from your IG. Your CCS might get targeted to take out your advisor and get the 'Slay the Warlord' point, so I would actually hold them in reserves... maybe give them a LC and 2 Melta, so when they do come on they can shoot away with the LC right away.
I would also consider dropping 1 Vendetta to give you a Vet Squad with Forward Sentries with a AC and 3x Sniper rifles and a Melta bomb just to camp a home objective. I know, blasphemy... but 4 troops (counting the nobz) at 2k is super light.
