I created this page document to provide scratch builders and other hobbyists a guide to 40k base sizes. Feel free to print out and use as stencils or even just cut out the bases and proxy as your favorite models before buying them.

Here are the 3D files I made. I recommend also downloading Google Sketchup as it's free and full of useful 3D models. You can also modify these files to have built in scenery and textures.
