I kinda think the Power Swords are pointless, and the Axe means you strike last. I totally feel that you want Lightining Claws to keep your Init and to re-roll wounds. You also want your Bikes with MoS and the IoE to give them FNP and to give your Lord FNP. Also, if your looking to get into close combat, why not VotLW so you re-roll misses against marines? Your Oblits probably want VotLW as well for the Ld boost.

Don't have the Demon Codex, so can't comment on that part.
