Brandon Blizzard. New Tau vs the new Daemons. First Actually game with the new Codex above 1k....been playing nothing except 1k to get ready for Berks Spring Assualt...havent even gotten to really play test the new Codex, but Today was a fine Day for it.

Good battle report. Tau look like they're going to be really fun to play against. I agree with you about hitting the flank with everything. There are very few circumstances I can think of where it's better to split up with Daemonic Flying Circus. We have lots of high quality offense and defense, but not enough to really be able to afford dividing it up early game.

Hey thanks for the write-up. I noticed you mentioned the ethereals a lot -- their invocation of the elements only affects models within 12" and they only get extra pulse shots at half range. The leadership bubble affects any unit within 12" so possibly it was an easy mis-read.
