Ok i had a little conundrum in a game today that im unsure were to look for, i had a swooping DP in front of a building, the large Shrine of the Aquila, the dp was directly in the middle of the front walls were there were no holes so he technically couldn't see the Daemon, my friend was attempting to fire at it with a quad gun, we didn't know if he could target it as he couldn't see the actual model, since there's always the TLOS issue with this edition. Could he have seen the dp since it was in swoop mode?

I have never had this issue sinc the last couple time the enemy unit could draw total line of sight regaurdless.

You use TLOS at all times.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

Yup, as Peregrine said, if you can't see it you can't shoot it.

It's flying low, using the buildings as cover.

And like all models it can also get cover. Heck a FMC thats swooping and in a forest will get cover because of area terrain.
