Thanks. Where do you get your vinyl masking film? All the films I have tried are either too expensive or leave a sticky residue.
I work in the signage industry. what you want to look for is a vinyl that is low stick/ removeable adhesive. Some of the brands I can think of are magic stick, wall noodle, or any vinyl thats billed as removeable. 3M makes some but thats an expensive brand. Just avoid perminate adhesive, that will leave the sticky residue. look for 12" rolls for the most cost effective price for personal use.
Also a lot of places will let you buy it by the yard for cheap. www.hhsignsupply.com sells it at $.99 a yard USD, they also have paint mask vinyl that will probably be what you want at $1.29 a foot.
