Hello all, I had a few FWs still un-assembled when I saw the new Cadre Fireblade. To me, he looks short and stocky, plus I hate painting faces! Decided to make my own, let me know what you think! There is still blue tack in some places, and I don't have any GS yet either. Really it is my first attempt at making something look cool and original other than head or arm swap I have done in the past. Also, he still needs paint!



If its crap I will just take the cape off and run him as a cool looking FW.

Seems fine to me. Not great, but fine. Mind the mold lines particularly

I certainly don't intend to pay $20 for a character you can just as easily make out of a regular FW and a couple extra bits

Yeah definitely going to take a file to him before I paint him. Wish I could make a fancy cape out of GS, but alas. Can't wait to see what some more skilled people come up with here on dakka. And I am with you on the price!
