Hey there. It's nothing much, basically adding the current Chaos Cult troops' rules to Terminators, but I thought it could be interesting at least as a thought experiment. Any comments?

Cult Terminators 100 points
Unit Composition: 2 Cult Terminators and 1 Cult Terminator Champion
Stats – Same as regular Chaos Terminators.
Wargear – Same as regular Chaos Terminators.
Special Rules – Same as regular Chaos Terminators, plus Fearless.

Options – Same as regular Chaos Terminators.
However, additional Cult Terminator models cost 33 points.
MUST take a Mark of Chaos in the Squad.
In Addition, the Mark you choose requires the following additional upgrade.

+5 points each - Berserker Terminators of Khorne.
Furious Charge.
+1 Ws.
Vicious Foe: May use combi-weapons as an extra close combat weapon, exactly as pistols.

+10 points each - Rubric Terminators of Tzeentch.
The Terminator Champion must be replaced by an Aspiring Sorcerer (Mastery Level 1) at a further +50 points.
Inferno Bolts.
May take combi-weapons as normal, but may not upgrade to any Terminator Heavy weapons.
May not take Veterans of the Long War.

+15 points each - Plague Terminators of Nurgle.
Feel No Pain.
Dripping with Disease: Plague Terminators may take the usual Power weaponry, following the usual AP and Initiative rules for each. However, due to the horrific toxins covering the weapons, they also receive the Poisoned (4+) Universal Special Rule.

Free - Noise Terminators of Slaanesh.
May not swap any gun for the usual options. Instead:
Any model may swap its Combi-bolter for a Sonic Blaster at +10 points.
For every five models in the unit, one Cult Terminator may swap its Combi-bolter for a Blastmaster at +50 points.
The Noise Terminator Champion may take a Doom Siren at +15 points.

Prices seem a bit high on the Blastmaster and Tzeench sorcerer (and you forgot to add the force weapon to the sorcerer), but it seems decent otherwise
Maybe a bit on the cheap side for the basic cost of the mark if they benefit from the normals bonuses that come from the mark on top of what you listed there

Cheers. I thought better to err on the high side with the Blastmaster able to move and fire it's blast template.

I also mean for the Mark to be additional to the Cult upgrade (although I should probably tie them all in together to be less confusing).
