I was thinking of teaming Lysander and a Riptide together. Whatcha think I think it would be pretty damn fierce.

"Do you really think 7th edition was the best edition?"

"Yes, and I'm tired of thinking otherwise."

I was actually thinking about giving him a support Commander as a dedicated spotter. He just tags along providing Hit and Run, Reroll Misses, Ignore Cover, Tank/Monster Hunter/etc, and extra wounds. Expensive as heck, but the ability to drop twin-linked S8 AP2 Ignore Cover large blasts is pretty lulzy.

Another riptide?

In all seriousness i think riptides are always going to be alone or have the Commander tactic mentioned above. It would be quite deadly to have Str8 AP2 pi plates that also ignore cover....no saves for you EVER!!! muhahahaha! (ok..invul saves and T5+ FNP fine you get a little bit)

An ork with an idea tends to end with a bang.
