Making my first army and this is what I've come up with. Any suggestions would be helpful.

First glances it looks okay. A few problems may arise:
If the opponent can nerf your reserve rolls the heldrakes may not turn up until later in the battle. Also with so much in reserve to begin with you are leaving yourself with very few tactical options.
That leaves you presenting five armoured units + 1 character to the emeny in turn one and only one unit which is shooty; a decent gun lline will get the CSMs walking in the first turn. (The warpsmith needs to go with a unit).
The maulerfiends are a good mix with the rhinos, getting them to assault the turn your troops disembark from the rhinos. The rhinos have far too many upgrades. The CSMs are not tooled up for a particular job; you need to twiddle them around a bit.
I think you need to be more balanced to take on most armies. Most people consider 1 troop choice per 500pts to be a minimum so losing a heldrake for another troop may be a place to start; it may also free up some points to get some more heavy support on the board from the first turn.

Are you buying ccw ir trading bolter because your CSM is under costed. I'd drop the gargoyles and extra combi bolter. Take 2 flamers or meltas in squads instead of both in order to increase specialization and reliability.

ya im adding to much firepower to those rhinos which everyone says will just get obliterated anyways, and yes i was switching out there bolters for ccw because i was short on points, which i don't think is a good idea looking back. i think ill run 2 flamers and melta bombs that sounds better for my guys. hows this?
