Can DE benefit from a farseers "Doom" ability? To reroll wounds ? It doesn't say only codex eldar, friendly .

Yes. The only (non psa) powers that do not affect allies are Guide and Fortune (though an IC attached to an Eldar unit can still benefit).

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

For reference. This is from the FAQ:
Q: Do Dark Eldar allies count as Eldar for the Farseer psychic
powers Fortune and Guide? (p28)
A: No.
If Doom were also affected, it'd most likely be mentioned here.

Doom doesn't target friendly units. It's all down to the phrasing. ll hits against that unit gain a re-roll to wound until the start of the Eldar player's next turn. It doesn't matter who inflict the hits.
