Haven't had a chance to play, but it looks like a fast playing squad based platoon combat game using the Song of Blades and Heroes engine. Apparently mainly aimed at humans vs bugs a'la Starship Troopers or Aliens (and the art reflects this), but it has a unit creation mechanic so you can create your own forces as well.

It doesn't have the more complex weapons mechanics of "Flying Lead", but that's a good thing in my book. Miniatures are moved in groups on CD sized movement trays, and vehicles are present, though treated as a different kind of infantry. The minis pictured are all 15mm from Khurasan, but the game should work fine at 28mm as well.

Here's someone who has done a more complete review

It looks like just the thing for those with SST armies, though I look forward to trying it out with my sci-fi armies as well.
