After noting that my previous attempt at an allied list was illegal, I've gone about some modifications to my list building... I'd like to start working my way towards this army, given what I have/want to purchase.

What exaclt do the CSM bring to this army? I could see it maybe with a unit of spawn and the Lord on a Jugguranut (maybe with an Axe of Blind Fury?)

As it stands though, you get a pair of rhinos and naked marines. I would ally in a Sorcerer if anything with mastery 3 and telepathy. Bring some Oblits/havoks for heavy support to take down flyers or heavier armor. Then meltas with the squads to provide an extra shootin fpunch.

The Bloodletter squads really make no sense at 10 models, icon, instrument. They are going to be shot to pieces.

Combine both CSM squad into 1 rhino with dirge caster, give it melta guns and trade bolters for ccw and bolt pistols to join the blood letters in assaults.

Give Termi a heavy flamer or reaper auto cannon. I recommend you take the heavy flamer.

I hope you chose the portaglyph for the exalted reward or something good from the hellish artifacts.

Sorry, I posted some things missing from my list anyway.
I've made an edited list, with beefier bloodletter squads. Though the purpose of the Terminators is to Deepstrike alongside the Bloodletters and Join them in assault, the marines are designed to be small enough to hide in terrain, and hold objectives. I would be tempted to trade in one squad of Marines for a squad of Havocs with Auto cannons, but I'm not sure if it's worth the loss of the extra objective claimer (Even with the beefier squads, I'm not expecting my bloodletters to survive long enough to hold onto objectives for me)

Also, yes, I am planning on using the Exalted Reward to gain the Portalglyph.
Anyway, revised list.

Its still a turn 3 attack army at best. Turn 2, deep stirke in, then turn 3 attack. Getting shot at for 2 turns with little to shoot back in return not exactly a great recipe for success.

Turn 1, with as little as just the 2 rhinos and the soul grinders on the board, these will get focus fired on, and will most likely give up first blood.

Turn 2, your army deep strikes in. Well, at least those that make the reserve rolls doown strike in. Then it stands around letting your opponent shoot it for yet another turn.

He also gets to move 6 inches away from your termis. So, unless you risk deep striking your termis right into the midst of his army, its possible your termis won't find anything within charge distance on turn 3.

Some of your units with luck hopefully gets to charge him on turn 3. He still gets to overwatch you, and then likely since he is in cover, you will strike last with your bloodletters.

And at 2000 points, even a shooty army can bring in a counter charge unit to handle your weakened melee units.

I think the concept is interesting, but it just takes too long to reach your opponent in combat.
