So I've been using blu tack to piece together a sergant for one of my cadian squads, and I'm needing some help finding a good body. I'm building to be a little more "beefy" than a regular guardsman, so he's using arms and legs from orcs, he's two handing the emperor's champions sword, and i'm using the catachan guy with the giant beard as the head, but i want a good sized torso to go with the oversized everything else. I would use a random space marine, but the since i don't have one on hand at this moment, i don't know if the sizing will work. I'm also loath to just throw him in power armor, I'd rather him still look like he's in flack armor, like the rest of the squad. Any Ideas?

I'm not familiar with the size difference, but wouldn't a bigger version of a guy in IG armor be an Ogryn? Is that too big?

Pictures would be good of what you have so far. though why not just a catachan body as they tend to be slightly more beefy then regular cadians

An ogryn is a lot bigger than a guardsman. They are on 40mm bases for a reason. the catachan idea is a good one, but I'm trying to keep the armor, and the catachans are modeled without armor for the most part.

If you can you could green stuff the armor on there. (its mostly square armor bits. at least that way it will mostly look consistent. but an armored torso that wont look out of place in a cadian army? thats a tough one.

Probably work

An SM scout body might work.

I am looking into the scout body. a little dremel work to remove the aquilla, and carve out chest plates. Great idea!

Could you use plasticard/GS to bulk up every panel of a normal Cadian body, to get the 'same-but-bigger' vibe?
