Does anyone know how to make a copper colour paint using any of these?
Gehenna's gold
Leadbelcher
caliban green
moot green
XV-98
Mournfang brown
wild rider red
Evil suns scarlet
Mechanicus standard grey
Eshin grey
Dawnstone
Ironbreaker
Abaddon black.

No.
None of those paints contain the correct colour of metal flake to be copper.
Citadel do actually make 4 or 5 copper shades, try those.
Attempting to mix silver with any colout to make it will only give you mettallic colour. rather than actually copper coloured flakes. The flakes cant be changed by mixing in another paint. So any mixture you have is always going to end up as orange paint with silver or gold flakes (sparkle orange  ).

That's not strictly true. You can mix glazes and inks with a metallic paint to get the effect of colored flakes. The ink mixes with the binder and medium and evenly coats the flakes in the mix.

You can get most metallic hues by painting a layer of silver/metal, and applying a number of washes.
Just do some tests and see what you like.
