Libby dreads are not very good. I'd start by dumping those.

Get some Sang Priests for FnP.
Instead of Lib. Dread, take normal ones with frag cannons + melta in Drop pod, good for squishing tanks etc.
Drop the captain and get another librarian, they are much better, in my opinion atleast. Maybe you need some devastators with missile launchers, to get some more anti-armour.
