I wanted something different since all my friends collect eith IG or SM so ofcourse I settled on the hilarious nature of Da Orks! What's this look like to the God's of Dakka Dakka? Yeh or Nay?

I love killa kans, but they need a big mek with KFF. I know with 6th edition its only a 5+, but it does make a difference.

Warboss looks good to me.

I would consider taking a Mek with kustom mega blaster in your burna squads to increase the kill range. Also they will need something to hide in or if you do decide to go with a big mek then he may be enough to protect them.. Though battle wagons are likely your best bet.

Kan load out looks good. I field rokkit kans rather then big shootas and kustom mega blasters, but the mega blasters should help a little in thinning out 2+ sve guys. You may want to consider some anti-air. I take 12 lootas and they're barely adequate if possible take two units of 10 and perhaps a unit of 10 gretchin manning a quad gun as well.

Your either very inexperienced at this game, or not trying to build a competitive list - and don't get me wrong, theres nothing wrong with either of those things!

Burna boys can kick serious ass up close, but are too slow and fragile to get there on foot - thats the main weakness of this list, but there are many ways it could be made stronger.

If you let me know what type of list you want (noncompetitive - fun but often weak, semi-competitive, competitive - strong but spammy) I can help you out.

Theres also no overall theme here, and generally, its good to take a themed list - a theme can be something fluffy (Grot Rebels, Deathskulls, Big Mek army) or a particular strategy, so if theres something in particular you want, just say so. Some strategies to consider are; Green Tide (many Orks), Gunline (lots of big guns, stand back and shoot), Kan Wall (lots of Killa Kans - you seem to be heading perhaps in this direction and if so I can help you alot!), Bad Boys (small number of expensive and powerful Nobs), Nob Bikers (same deal but they're all on bikes - common enough to warrent its own 'theme'), trukkers (ork boys in trukks), or SQUISH melon-fether SQUISH (lots of deff rollas)

Also, if you've never heard of Codex: Dread Mob from Forgeworld, you need to message me. You can pretty much consider it the sorely needed update for the Orks codex, and its legit even in many tournaments.

@Spaceman: Last edition this would be a great list with the addition of a Big Mek w/KFF. In fact, it was called the "Kan Wall." It worked well, unless one of the Kanz "Exploded." If that happened, say goodbye to all the boyz using the Kanz as cover. The list is out of vogue right now in the net-meta, but I think still has major resilliance because of revised squadron rules and target saturation.

@Dakkamite: I appreciate your enthusiasm for superior race of the Orks, but go easy on calling people out individually there. The OP said he was "trying out orks" for the fluff. That means he's inexperienced at Orks. Yesterday you thought blasts from a SAG could hit non-facing armor. That's a basic rule. Ork list building, as you know, is a fine art and he stumbled onto a pretty strong list from 5E his first time out. Seems like a pretty strong insight.
