in my group it's common use to use nicknames for miniatures, so I was wondering if it's common use elsewhere and what are yours.

here's some of ours:

Thagrosh: Vin Diesel
Croak Hunter: Kermit
Proteus: Zoidberg
eMorvahna: "The milf on the steinbock"
Totem Hunter: The Predator (this one is back from 1st edition, when Totem Hunter had rules reflecting his name)
Cryx arc-nodes: Chickens
Sorscha: Sorca (gross way to refer to a "hot girl" in Italian)

I always hear eMorvahna as "goatvana", and Cryx bone-jacks as "bone-chickens" (similar, but different ).

For Menoth, the High Reclaimer is often called Silent Bob. And, while not a deliberate name for her, often people misspell the Harbinger as the Harbringer, which makes her sound like a stand-up comedian. "Look at Menoths voice on earth, the bringer of the LOLs!".

LoL, we call her "La milf sullo stambecco", but if you want full Italian sentence we can use "tardona" in place of milf. Althoug meaning it isn't exactly the same, it widely ovelaps.

Lol, apparently "Tardona" translates into english as the phrase "Mutton dressed as Lamb", sounds about right.

I haven't been to to my FLGS a lot, so I don't know too much about silly nicknames that people use, however, I remember a couple weeks ago as I was playing this one guy with TB that whenever I activated my War Dog, the guy exlcaimed "puppy!"

And then he brutally killed it...

With that said, I shall back away slowly and ominously and disappear in a puff of smoke, then smuggle some fruit across the border in order to stay competitive with the veggie cartel.
