I dont see a whole lot of standard games that are more than 2000, so I would go with that.

1750 to 2000 is the standard tournament range, with most being at 1850

Most people in my area play between 1500 to 2000 points.

Tournaments used to be 2000 or in rare cases, even higher. But since 6th introduced double force org at 2k and above, tournaments have opted either to hold "1999+1" or 1850.

In Europe, I believe 1500 is a popular bracket, and it is the one GW balances around and playtests. People may also play at 1750 or some other increment of 250.
