So I have a fair number of orks and chaos and daemons as well. My main is Orks and am considering running it with Grot Rebellion (IG Rules). So I am wondering what would be a good get. As for my Orks I like to run lootas, shoota boyz on foot, Big Meks, KFFs or SAGs, and Warpheads, also got 9 kans if I need them and 2 dakka jets. So I am really lacking is anti tank/AV14 in particular and am wondering what to add for the IG Allies.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Welcome back.
I cannot comment on specifics of the orks but the green wave with shootas seems to be pretty good, dakka jets seem to also perform decently, and lootas are in every non cult of speed ork list I have seen. So you seem to be alright there.
The IG you need if you want IG are in this order;
vendetta possily x2 depending how mean you are
3x melta veterans
CCS w/ meltas (only if running a second vendetta) otherwise primaris psyker is popular and decent
Manticore(this last is the most debatable but I am digging them lately)
These are the sort of first response choices. There are other more specific setups if you need them but why are you struggling with AV14? Do you have a landraider infestation?
