So I had 15 lootaz in a building, 15 lootaz in a battlewagon next to the building, a looted wagon with a boomgun, 2 trukks of shoota boyz+big mek, and 7 nob bikers with 1 being a painboy.
I was against 3 rhinos of zerkers, 2 forgefiends, a landraider of zerkers, and a hellbrute.
I kept my shooty stuff on the left and my bikes right. He drove his land raider and 3 rhinos 18 inches(which is crazy cause he can assault turn2). I drove my bikers up the right, taking out the forgefiend and my lootaz took out 2 rhinos. He then took out 2 trukks by charging them and the battlewagon via lascannon on landraider getting a 6 and then another 6.
He guys dropped out of the landraider, charged, killed my group of lootaz on foot. I then killed his hellbrute with the bikers, and then his zerkers killed the looted wagon, both groups of boys+HQ, and killed my group of lootaz that was in the battlewagon.
I then killed his other forgefiend with my bikers, he stayed where he was, i then drove into his horde, launched a torrent of flame on a group, killing them all, and the game "ended" cause of a 1 at the bottom of turn 4. Ending in a tie.
We continued to play and his 20-some zerks killed 5 bikes and the rest ran.
I tied, but what should I have done differently? Shot the forgefiend/hellbrute with my lootaz because he can't assault out of a rhino? Charged my bikes into the landraider? split my forces, with 1 group of lootaz on both corners?

It's better to use big blobs of shoota boyz against Zerkers. You'll get to dakka them pretty good before they get into combat and can hopefully use weight of dice to take out the small rhino squads. Your lootas should 100% always target the enemy transports first. Dakka the rhinos to death the first damn chance you get. Zerkers on foot are just more expensive marines. Other than that, you should consider bubblewrapping your lootas with grot mobs or expendable boyz units.

Unless you guys aren't playing 6th Ed., then he could not have charged out of the Rhinos on Turn 2. The LR Zerkers still could however.
I would have waited until the turn he disembarks from the Rhinos to shoot at the Zerkers, instead focusing the Lootas on the Forgefiends and Hellbrutes. The turn he disembarks, light the Zerkers up with everything you have. Also, don't have Lootas in a Battlewagon; they want to start deployed in cover, not in a vehicle.

As the second poster says, I dont think shooting rhinos to death is a good idea.

Shoot them. Pretty simple. I know LRs are a special issue for Orks. You might have to suck up the assault from the ones with the fancy ride.

....wait, can i tankshock and then shoot?

I checked, I can.
But can I tank shock a vehicle? I think I can only ram it, which means i cant fire templates.
