So with the carbines being 18" S5 Ap5 Assault 2, I was wondering how a squad of firewarriors + a devilfish would do in harassing. Essentially roll the devilfish up to a squishy target, drop the FW and unleash loads of high S shots into the target. Could add in darkstrider for the consolidate move after overwatch as well, to help keep some people from assaulting you. To me this sounds like a fun idea to try out sometime, and it gives me a reason to use my devilfish.

The main problem with this tactic is, due to time needed to (dis)embark, you only going to be attacking every other turn at most. In fact, since you can't disembark after moving more than 6", this tactic is mostly useless except for late game objective denial.

Give them EMP grenades just in case that way you have some back ups for anti vehicle.

I think it may be interesting to take a Bunch of pulse rifle FW in Dfish, one with an attached ethereal, that way all squads within 12" can triple tap at 15" range. then flat out the fishes after.
