Alright so there's this guy in my FLGS who runs this absolutely brutal Tau/Eldar list that just makes it so hard to play against and I struggle to play against it when it's either emperor's will, the relic, or even kill points.

This is his list from memory:
HQ:
Ethereal or some cheap named HQ
Eldrad (trades in powers for divination)

Troops:
5 groups of I think 8-10 firewarriors
1 squad of eldar rangers

Elites:
1 squad of Crisis Suits with Fusion and maybe plasma
Stealth suits (these go here?)
FA:
Pathfinders

Heavy:
Sniper Drones
Hammerhead

ADL + Quadgun

He says it is his tournament list (which I believe) and my oh my it is a good one. Pretty much blowing up all your foot-slogging crap within a single turn and tables you within 3 if you try to advance. Especially if he gets misfortune. Heaven forbid he gets that. There goes all your deathstar units rerolling those +2 saves, and wraithstars rerolling those +3 saves. It's a very hard list to beat. Normally, this shouldn't be a problem for my list as I prefer a little AV13 action (play necrons) with a single flyer with a D. Lord or two with some wraiths, except when it's Emp's will and the relic. I don't know how to deal with his list with mine on these specific missions. Part of me just wants to just hang out outside his range of fire and wait until the last turn to come out and just bumrush him, only problem is first blood. With the railgun it makes my GA and ABs easy targets. I suppose I could just run and hide behind cover if I had to..but those pathfinders. Now, how should I deal with this kind of list in those situations? I can't assault it, my wraiths will be dead by 2 turn at the latest, and if I'm really lucky, and I can't out shoot him since I can't really get in range to shoot.

Heavy Support:
2x AB

I'm thinking of rolling heavier armor, one more AB and less foot-slogging warriors, with double courts and O.lords/Zhandy. Possibly throw in some CCBs for counter assault against the rest of my club. Not sure honestly.

So, minimal anti-tank, even less AA. I think you can see the obvious solution now.
