Hi I just wanted to know if anyone else has ordered tau from totalwargamer and have been having problems I ordered my tau on the 7th and haven't heard anything since. I know gw had production problems with the tau kits but lots of retailers have had there orders by now. what's most worrying is that you cant contact them by phone you get directed to use their support ticket system and they don't seem to respond to that either. I knew buying from them would be a bad idea from what I had heard but the 30% pre order discount they had was to good to pass.

Friend of mine had ordered from them (for not it wasn't tau pre-orders) and after a month he's still waiting for his order with much the same problems with communication.

i would maybe consider cancelling and going else where, triple helix are good if you keep in contact with em and i hear waylaid games are good to.

Total Wargamer take months, don't reply to emails, don't answer the phone etc etc.

And thats when GW arn't having issues keeping up with demand.

I won't go near them again after past experiences.

Cancelled my order (none Tau) after waiting about 2-3months.

They said they had some server (or something like that) issues and have +300 mails that they need to answer so if what they say is true they are having Alot to do atm.

I'm still waiting on my Tau order from Wayland that I placed on the 31st March. I realise that GW shipped stock to third parties late but according to the Wayland site my order has been awaiting packing since the 12th. I knew I wouldn't be playing any battles during April so I wanted get my shiny Riptide painted up. Not sure if I'll get it in April now! Still the £30 saving is worth the wait.

Worrying that I've managed to acquire the Codex via other means before I can get my copy shipped.
