This is a ridiculous list I came up, exploiting the FOC doubling at 2000 points.
HQ:
4x Warpheads
Fast Attack:
6x Dakkajets w/ Fighta Ace and Extra Soopa Shoota
Troops:
4x 30 Shoota Boys, PK Bosspole Nob
A WAAAGH every turn and ridiculous quantities of Dakka. That's the plan.

Personally, I'd drop one unit of boyz, 2 Warphead and a Dakka Jet for a couple of KFF Meks and some Lootas.
That is an immense amount of Dakka.

Screw that, just ally a Big Mek in from Codex: Dread Mob for the Forcefield or a SAG.
The big problem is the troops. Shoota boys cannot dakka and make full use of the WAAAGH in one go, so they ain't all that dakka-y if you ask me!
I'd either drop the boys entirely for some Grots and Lootas or Big Meks, or at the least drop the Nobs - Shoota Boys don't need them for the klaws, large mobs don't need them for the bosspole. At the very least put Big Shootas in them if you want them to be really dakka.
Edit:
4x Warpheads
4x Min sized Grot Mobs
6x Dakkajets w/ Extra Shoota, Fighta Ace (feth you Necron flier spam)
This sets you back 1280 points, leaving 720 for fun stuff. At which point you use your double allies chart to grab the following from Codex: Dread Mob;
2x Big Mek w/ SAG, Ammo Runt, Cybork
2x Min sized Spanna (read: 'shoota') Boys Mob
1610 huh? Needs moar dakka you say? Alright, I'll give you more dakka you jerkass
30x Lootas
or
23-24x Lootas, Aegis Defense Line w/ Lascannon/Quad Cannon
or my favourite
3x Lobba Big Gun Units w/ 1 Extra Krew, 3 Ammo Runts, Aegis Defense Line with whatever, and 40-60 points left over (more Grots I'd say)
Depends if your more of a Gork guy (maximum dakka) or a Mork guy (a little less dakka, but a wall to put it behind!). Or was it Mork and Gork? Whatever it is, these choices are all much more dakka-y than the original, and the lattermost choice in particular gives you nine extra re-rolls to hit either for your SAG Meks (!!!) or for the Grot gunned Lascannon or Quad Guns.

Actually I would maybe drop a warphead and try to squeeeez in Gazkull..rem his waaagh actually lasts two turns,,nice to have that garantee with all those flyin things!

Does it? My codex says "this turn and all of the following players turn", so it'd only really be useful if your aircraft could somehow fire overwatch or if my codex is out of date/been FAQed
God I can't get over how crap the WAAAGH is for anything that isn't a plane. This has got to be a new low point for GW rules

Baahh,,yeah its 2 turns as in 2 player turns/one full game turn.Not sure what use it would be during the other players moves though.
Well.then scratch Ghaz and get a Zoggy in there!...dont forget to bring squigs though

I wholeheartedly approve of this.
Though really, for his points Zog should be able to choose (or have a chance to choose) whatever WAAAGH power he likes each turn (not to mention be able to use his damn Frazzle and Zapp)
Overall, this list is shaping up to be a true Orky list. Roight proud of it, I iz

At 2k I wound run 15x 6 lootas 3x 6 zappguns w base meks and 4 base shoota boys with a Agis line. 180 str 7 shots on average now that's dakka  plus some of the zap guns are bound to pen a land raider and they are super tough untill you get into assault with them.

The general consensus is that Grots cannot see over an Aegis and so cannot fire Big Guns aside from Lobbas from cover behind them (ridiculous I know, but thats You Make Da Call for you)
Some people (including the last TO I asked) don't mind if you model an Orky defense line so that the Grots can see past it. Others will hiss and screech and froth at the mouth.
Also, I'd add an attached Lascannon and a unit of Grots to that list mate. The Lascannon is probably the best ranged anti-armour 14 the Orks can get, especially with the ammo runt re-rolls, and the Grots can be invincible to enermy fire and hunker on an objective behind the Aegis.

Well the zzapp guns are t7 with 3+ save anyway the line is for the lootas who can go to ground and not loose much firepower
