Hi everyone,

I picked up 2 used dreadnoughts recently.
Just finished stripping and cleaning them (They were in real bad shape). Especially the front plate on one of them.

I am planning on picking up a few furioso's soon
Does anyone know if the front plates from the furioso's will fit on a regular dreadnought ?
Also, does anyone know if you get a couple sets of complete arms with the furioso's ? It's hard to tell from the sprue pictures.

Best case would be if I can order 2 and build librarian ones, and have enough extra parts (faceplate, arms, magna grapple) to convert the used ones to death company.
Just trying to figure out if I should start modelling these used ones now, or wait.

Thanks

The Furioso doesn't have separate sarcophagus plates, it has three separate fronts for the three variations the kit makes, with the plate moulded on.

It isn't too hard to saw the front off, I've done it myself and replaced with one of the separate plates, bit of green stuff and once painted you'd never know!

One furioso kit and two regular dreads should give you enough bits for 3 blood angels dreads. The front part of the furioso will fit on a regular dread just fine. Taking apart an assembled one and putting a furioso plate on the front will be tricker, but doable.

The furioso kit should come with 1 grenade arm, 2 claw arms, and the force weapon arm. One of the front plates is a librarian and the other two are the death company and the generic winged one. If you're getting two furioso kits you'll have plenty of bits to turn the two regular dreads into whatever you want.
