I run two Packs of them, mostly as "Assualt Troops", but I also use them to shore up Gunlines.

I see it as a waste of sacred bs4. It seems to fit in better with blood claws in my opinion, but apparently no one likes blood claws.

It actually has nothing to do with BS, it is all about the Templates and the Overwatch fire. You can put a Pack in a drop pod and drop them near an HQ and do some real damage. Or as part of a gun line to force your opponent to Assault into them.

I always run a flamer squad (usually 8 GHs with a TDAWG with heavy flamer, coming out of a pod). Useful for horde control, aegis capturing, and my primary counter attack unit.
