Well, I'm usually not into the fighting games, especially by Capcom, but from time to time I enjoy an odd one (Batman: Arkham Whatever, Oni). This one, however made me interested.
Don't know if it's just the style (OTT future, but not tooOTT) or maybe something else. Whatever that is, I will be watching this one closely till release.
Does really this look interesting or was I fooled by Capcoms smoke and mirrors?

Looks interesting to me. I heard about it after the controversy that it had around its producers trying to force the devs to make her in to a guy.
I'll have to see about saving up for it!

Really?
That's actually fairly reprehensible...
Anyway, it looks pretty interesting. I like the graphic style and the idea behind the story...
I did see Capcom's name on it and that put me off slightly but i'll pick it up at some point, probably when it's on sale...

And then there's the ones from perfect dark and that 60s spy show one. But none of them save for Lara, Samus and maybe Rayne have had budgets worth speaking of.

There's a host of them from Resident Evil. Really? Jill Valentine doesn't even get a mention? Shame on all of you! At least she never appeared on the cover of Play Boy

Joanna Dark and Cate Archer.
I never really played those games though. I haven't played Mirror's edge either, but Remember me reminds me of that game for some reason. No idea why.
I should have remembered Samus! She was one of the first, iirc.
Oh, another one - Kate Wilson from Hydrophobia prophecy. I didn't like that game very much...

Going by her outfit in RE5, she might as well have been
Seriously though, I was never into the Resident Evil series, so Jill Valentine completely slipped my mind. Silent Hill interested me a tad more.
Speaking of SH - Heather from SH3.
Since we on Survival Horror games now - Elspeth "Doc" Holiday from Blair Witch Project vol.1.

Bayonetta certainly had a budget behind it, along with a dream team of developers.

The reason why I didn't like Hydrophobia is because it is full of water/swimming segments, and I hate those sort of mechanics. On the plus side, the title is very fitting for me

Decent story I suppose, don't remember much of the story. But the gameplay was great. One of the best, if not the best, games that combined martial arts with gunfighting, with a focus on the martial arts.
