As Nick Nanavati won overall, I'd say "no, this is not the list."

I believe Nick won best general Eric won Best Overall. Best Overall took soft scores into account and Best general was just W-L.

Actually, Eric Hoerger won best overall. Nick N. won best warmaster. But since they both got 100% on their battle points, I'd say this is one of those lists.
