I would lose one FD squad and stick in a Dire Avenger squad, give you a bit more options for objective taking and holding.
Possibly remove the exarch from the other FD squad as well, I don't think they really need him.

In that case... crappy... the one benefit of SS in a serpent is to outflank it and beat the snot out of side/rear armor.
Again the squad with Fuegan ... don't take exarch powers since he gets the squad those powers.
Automatically Appended Next Post: I might be wrong but I thought one of the limitation of Phoenix Lords was they must join their own aspect or a guardian squad... no mixing Phoenix Lord with a different aspect.

Illegal. You *have* to arm your serpents with one of the weapons in the list.
Dragons dont need tank hunters, S82D6 is enough. The pike is for when youre not in range, the serpent puts you in range. drop the pike. Crack shot also bunk, unless youre a believer in dragon flamers. ignoring cover on 1 melta shot is poor, spend all of these points on one more dragon.
You have 2 immobile scoring units. It's unlikely that youll meet 2 land raiders/monoliths at 1500, so Id lose one squad of dragons and get 3xejb. You can then probably afford another heavy support falcon chassis. Maybe a night spinner.

You need more than 10 scoring bodies, but anyway...
Aren't Eldar getting a new codex this year?
I'd hold off on buying anything to build this list (or any Eldar list) until it comes out.
