Reading the upgrades available for Tac Marine Sergeants I'm a bit confused about the wording.
The rules for buying says he can take "and/or" from ranged and melee upgrades. The upgrades say he can replace his pistol or ccw for one of those upgrades. This wording, particularly the "and", implies he has at least 2 weapons to be swapped. He's not listed as having a CCW apart from his Bolt Pistol.
Are you able to take 2 weapons from those upgrades (aka 2 plasma pistols, for example), effectively replacing a non listed CCW or are we to assume that he actually does have a "non specified CCW" in addition to the bolt pistol?

The DA wargear section says what can be swapped for what, he has 2 weapons a bolter and pistol. Ranged weapons says one thing while there is a very different entry on what you can swap for melee weapons.
