Can DE Reaver bladevanes/cluster caltrops hit Flyers and Flying MCs? I don't see a FAQ for it for the DE codex...

A close variation on your question could still be applicable to Swooping FMCs. And in both cases (even if Bladevanes didn't already specify non-vehicle) the main rulebook FAQ is what makes clear that it wouldn't work; because you're not allowed to cause hits of any kind on a Zooming Flyer or Swooping FMC unless you're snap shooting. The only exception I'm aware of is Imotekh's Lightning, because GW decided (for fluff reasons, no doubt) to allow it to hit Zoomers/Swoopers in the newest version of the Necron FAQ.
