Obviously, due to the nature of this thread, emotions are likely high--and if this indeed turns out to not be the result of some real life traumatic event concerning the trader in question--I sincerely hope each of you are able to retain your property and/or funds.

That said, let's focus on steps each individual is taking (be it civil, criminal, calling local law enforcement or simply obtaining contact with Ahriman085) and any success each individual is achieving with those means. All involved would likely benefit more from objective reiteration of the facts and the timeline individuals are going through--rather than mire the thread into what area of the law it falls into. As someone that has went through this experience, I sympathize if this indeed turns out to be the result of poor decisions--instead of a real life emergency and encourage all involved to take whatever (legal) steps they feel is necessary to get their property returned.

Too long, didn't read version--let's focus on the facts guys/gals and help each other out with information. Thanks.

As someone that earlier moderated this thread--but ended up lurking it after seeing the events within--I would like to echo the Cheers to Jason.

Rarely do you see a great resolution (if any) to traders gone MIA--and even more rare do you see police get involved (this might be the first?)---but it would be exceedingly rare to see an individual step up, put in time away from his family/friends sorting out this mess for others. Way to go Jason--Nice work!
