Okay. several weeks ago, I bought the Heldrake from GW. I have now painted it and glued most of it, but the starboard wing just will not stay on.
I've tried everything I can think of:

Glues used:
-Citadel Super glur
-Citadel plastic glue
-Humbrol Poly Cement
-Blu-tac

Methods used
-Holding the wing in place for several minutes
-Removing the solidified remains of the previous glue attempt
-Creating scratches along the surfaces to give the glue something to work with
-Swearing at it
-Accidentally gluing my fingers together

Every time I try to glue it on, it just falls right off.

So, a couple of questions:

Any ideas on how I can solve this?
Has anyone else had this problem?
Who designed this damn thing?

Pin it on? Might hold better.

How to paint Skeletons the way I do if that's something you'd fancy trying.

Sounds like a good idea, but I have no idea how to pin. Can somebody instruct me?

carve/drill a small hole into each component, deep enough for a piece of wire or other thin piece of metal (such as a paperclip) to fit into, then stick the metal "pin" into one hole with superglue (and greenstuff if necessary) then once its dry slot the piece into the other hole, gluing the pin into the other side, and then glueing the component normally aswell. It should give you a nice solid hold.

realised that might be a little hard to follow, ill try and find a decent tutorial

Bam. looks pretty good, ill also add that a good way to make sure the holes are correctly lined up (so you don't have the piece in a weird position, is to decide where you are going to make the hole on the first piece, and then put a nice dot of paint on it, then push the pieces together how they would go, the paint should make a mark on the other piece and give you a pretty accurate indication of where to drill.

Seems easy enough to follow

1) Make small hole
2) Insert wire
3) Stick wire in place/fill hole
4) Attach to corresponding part

Thanks
